Choristers' concert

The choristers will be performing a fund raising concert on Friday 13th March at 7.30pm in the Parish Hall.

Proceeds will go to the choir tour fund. The choir will be visiting England in the summer and singing at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle and St Alban's Abbey. Do come and support the concert if you can!

Downpatrick Concert

Looking ahead there will be a "Christmas Concert" (confirmed today) in Downpatrick Art's Centre on Saturday 3rd December in the evening organised by Downpatrick District Council. This concert will involve the Parish Choir of St George in a "Solo Spot" and promises to be a prestigious event in our calendar. More on that to follow but please make a note of it in your diaries. I am told that it is an annual event and it is normal for there to be Mince Pies and Mulled Wine afterwards....
